March 14, 2024: Vancouver, WA 98661 Catlin Gabel Eagles (Portland, OR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Fort Vancouver Trappers (Vancouver, WA), 12-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Catlin Gabel upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Riverside (Boardman, OR) to battle the Pirates in a non-league test on Saturday, March 16. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 0-1. Riverside lost 13-6 in their recent non-league test against Pilot Rock (Pilot Rock, OR)
With the defeat, Fort Vancouver falls to 0-1 on the season. The Trappers host Hudson's Bay (Vancouver, WA) to battle the Eagles in a 2A Greater St. Helens test on Monday, April 8. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-0. Hudson's Bay won 5-4 in their recent non-league test against King's Way Christian (Vancouver, WA)
