In Thursday's non-league game, the host St. Joseph Knights baseball team scored a tight 7-1 victory over the Central Grizzlies.

The Knights (5-5) will now prepare for their game against San Luis Obispo (San Luis Obispo, CA). The Tigers go into the CCAA - Mountain game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, San Luis Obispo tipped Ridgeview (Bakersfield, CA), 6-1, in a non-league game.
