Louisiana High School Baseball - Belle Chasse wallops South Terrebonne
March 14, 2025: Bourg, LA 70343 The Belle Chasse Cardinals baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host South Terrebonne Gators to 2 in the Cardinals non-league win on Friday.
The Cardinals now own a 11-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pope John Paul II for a non-league test on Monday, March 17. Belle Chasse will clash with a Jaguars team coming off a 11-2 non-league win over West Harrison (Gulfport, MS). The Jaguars record now stands at 13-6.
With the defeat, South Terrebonne drops to 6-12 on the year. The Gators host South Lafourche (Galliano, LA) to clash with the Tarpons in a 4A District 8 test on Tuesday, March 18. The Tarpons go into the test with a record of 12-7. South Lafourche won 13-0 in their recent non-league test against John Ehret (Marrero, LA)
