March 14, 2025: Gravette, AR 72736 Gravette Lions (Gravette, AR) followers left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Nashville Scrappers (Nashville, AR), 4-3 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Gravette moves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Lions travel to Gentry (Gentry, AR) to battle the Pioneers in a 4A Region 1 match on Tuesday, March 18. The Pioneers come into the match with a record of 6-1. Gentry won 12-1 in their recent non-league match against Lonoke (Lonoke, AR)
The Scrappers now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dardanelle for a non-league match on Saturday, March 15. Nashville will battle a Sand Lizards squad coming off a 12-6 non-league win over Booneville (Booneville, AR). The Sand Lizards record now stands at 3-2.
