In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Golden Valley Cougars volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Selma Bears.

The Cougars (15-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Edison (Fresno, CA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 11-0 record. In their last challenge, Edison beat Fresno Christian (Fresno, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bears play the Parlier Panthers (Parlier, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 15. Selma will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record.
