South Dakota High School Basketball - Mobridge-Pollock defeats Mt. Vernon/Plankinton
March 14, 2025: Mobridge, SD 57601 The Mobridge-Pollock Tigers (Mobridge, SD) basketball were winner over the visiting Mt. Vernon/Plankinton Titans (Mt. Vernon, SD), 50-40 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 19-4 record. They play next when they travel to Sioux Valley for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 15. Mobridge-Pollock will play a Cossacks team coming off a 56-46 non-league win over Wagner (Wagner, SD). The Cossacks record now stands at 20-5.
With the loss, Mt. Vernon/Plankinton falls to 20-6 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Wagner (Wagner, SD) to play the Red Raiders in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 15. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 17-6. Wagner lost 76-37 in their recent non-league bout against Mahpiya Luta (Pine Ridge, SD)
