March 14, 2025: Powder Springs, GA 30127 The Woodward Academy War Eagles lacrosse team (College Park, GA), was overwhelmed 20-5 in Friday's non-league battle with the host McEachern Indians (Powder Springs, GA)
With the victory, McEachern advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Indians host Dalton (Dalton, GA) to encounter the Catamounts in a non-league battle on Monday, March 17. The Catamounts come into the battle with a record of 4-4. Dalton lost 14-7 in their recent league battle against Kell (Marietta, GA)
The War Eagles now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McIntosh for a 2A Area 5 battle on Tuesday, March 18. Woodward Academy will encounter a Chiefs team coming off a 23-5 non-league win over Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA). The Chiefs record now stands at 5-1.
