March 14, 2025: Decatur, GA 30034 The Southwest DeKalb Panthers soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Lithonia Bulldogs to 0 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cross Keys for a 4A Region 5 bout on Friday, March 21. Southwest DeKalb will encounter a Phoenix squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Tucker (Tucker, GA). The Phoenix record now stands at 1-7.
With the loss, Lithonia moves to 1-5 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Miller Grove (Lithonia, GA) to encounter the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Monday, March 17. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Miller Grove won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Salem (Conyers, GA)
