North Carolina High School Softball - Rockingham County bounces Southwest Guilford
March 14, 2025: Wentworth, NC 27375 In Friday's non-league match, the host Rockingham County Cougars softball team scored a nice 18-0 win over the Southwest Guilford Cowboys.
The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC). The Cowboys come into the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Southwest Guilford was routed by West Davidson (Lexington, NC), 15-0, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Cowboys confront the West Davidson Dragons (Lexington, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, March 18. Southwest Guilford will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Dragons come into the match with a 1-2 record after their 23-13 non-league win over West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC).
