March 14, 2025: Watkinsville, GA 30677 The Seckinger Jaguars lacrosse team (Buford, GA), was overwhelmed 17-1 in Friday's league battle with the host Oconee County Warriors (Watkinsville, GA)
With the victory, Oconee County advances its record to 6-1 on the season. The Warriors host Evans (Evans, GA) to encounter the Knights in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 18. The Knights come into the battle with a record of 4-5. Evans lost 4-3 in their recent non-league match against Savannah Christian (Savannah, GA)
The Jaguars (2-5) will now prepare for their match against Gainesville (Gainesville, GA). The Red Elephants enter the 2A Area 8 match with a 0-10 record. In their last match, Gainesville was overwhelmed by Cherokee Bluff (Flowery Branch, GA), 16-2, in a league match.
