Georgia High School Soccer - Claxton toppled by Toombs County
March 14, 2025: Lyons, GA 30436 Toombs County Bulldogs (Lyons, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Claxton Tigers (Claxton, GA), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Toombs County advances its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Dodge County (Eastman, GA) to clash with the Indians in a non-league test on Friday, March 21. The Indians come into the test with a record of 3-5.
The Tigers now have a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Bryan County for a 1A D-II Area 3 test on Tuesday, March 18. Claxton will clash with a Redskins team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Bradwell Institute (Hinesville, GA). The Redskins record now stands at 1-6.
