Alabama High School Softball - Leroy bounces Sweet Water
March 14, 2025: Sweet Water, AL 36782 The Leroy Bears softball team scored 10 runs and held the host Sweet Water Bulldogs to 0 in the Bears non-league win on Friday.
The Bears now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Citronelle for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 15. Leroy will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 15-3 non-league loss to Mary G. Montgomery (Semmes, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-7.
With the loss, Sweet Water moves to 7-8 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to St. Paul's Episcopal (Mobile, AL) to confront the Saints in a non-league battle on Friday, March 14. The Saints come into the battle with a record of 3-4. St. Paul's Episcopal won 13-3 in their recent non-league battle against Theodore (Theodore, AL)
