In Saturday's non-league game, the host Palisade Bulldogs baseball team scored a close 3-2 win over the Palmer Ridge Bears.

The Bulldogs (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Pueblo East (Pueblo, CO). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, Pueblo East nudged Denver East (Denver, CO), 2-1, in a non-league game.
