The Florence Falcons softball squad scored 8 runs and restricted the visiting Sulligent Blue Devils to 4 in the Falcons non-league victory on Saturday.

Next, the Falcons meet the Belgreen Bulldogs (Russellville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 16. Florence will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Tishomingo County (Iuka, MS).
