March 15, 2022: Brookeland, TX 75931 Hemphill Hornets (Hemphill, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Brookeland Wildcats (Brookeland, TX), 10-5 in a non-league test.
With the win, Hemphill upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Hornets travel to Huntington (Huntington, TX) to battle the Red Devils in a 3A Region III District 21 test on Friday, March 25. The Red Devils come into the test with a record of 2-4. Huntington lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against Silsbee (Silsbee, TX)
