California High School Baseball - Pacifica gets by El Modena
March 15, 2022: Garden Grove, CA 92845 Pacifica Mariners (Garden Grove, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting El Modena Vanguards (Orange, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Pacifica upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Mariners travel to Tesoro (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) to battle the Titans in a non-league test on Friday, March 18. The Titans come into the test with a record of 8-1. Tesoro lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Esperanza (Anaheim, CA)
With the defeat, El Modena falls to 7-6 on the season. The Vanguards host Brea Olinda (Brea, CA) to battle the Wildcats in a North Hills test on Friday, March 18. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 8-4. Brea Olinda lost 12-4 in their recent non-league test against Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA)
