Georgia High School Soccer - Tri-Cities overwhelmed by Jonesboro
March 15, 2022: East Point, GA 30344 In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Jonesboro Cardinals soccer team scored a tight 6-2 win over the Tri-Cities Bulldogs.
With the win, Jonesboro moves its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Woodward Academy (College Park, GA) to battle the War Eagles in a AAAAA Region 3 outing on Tuesday, March 22. The War Eagles go into the outing with a record of 10-1. Woodward Academy won 10-0 in their recent league outing against Banneker (College Park, GA)
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Drew (Riverdale, GA) in a AAAAA Region 3 outing, on Thursday, March 17. Tri-Cities will attempt to move on its 7-4 season record. The go into the outing with a 1-2 record after their 7-0 league win over Mundy's Mill (Jonesboro, GA).
