Georgia High School Soccer - West Forsyth knocks off Mount Vernon
March 15, 2022: Atlanta, GA 30328 West Forsyth Wolverines (Cumming, GA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Mount Vernon Mustangs (Atlanta, GA), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wolverines confront the South Forsyth War Eagles (Cumming, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 6 challenge, on Thursday, March 17. West Forsyth will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The War Eagles enter the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 4-2 league win over North Forsyth (Cumming, GA).
The Mustangs now have a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Atlanta International for a A Private Area 5 challenge on Friday, March 18. Mount Vernon will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Hebron Christian Academy (Dacula, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-0.
