California High School Lacrosse - Acalanes can't get by Monte Vista
March 15, 2023: Lafayette, CA 94549 Monte Vista Mustangs (Danville, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA), 10-9 in a non-league battle.
The Mustangs now have a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marin Academy for a non-league battle on Friday, March 17. Monte Vista will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 16-4 league win over The Bay School (San Francisco, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-1.
In their next game, the Dons clash with the Amador Valley Dons (Pleasanton, CA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 17. Acalanes will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Dons come into the battle with a 2-2 record after their 6-2 non-league loss to Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA).
