The Golden Eagles now hold a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Porter for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 16. Mounds will confront a Pirates team coming off a 13-2 non-league win over Davenport (Davenport, OK). The Pirates record now stands at 14-7.
Next, the Chieftains confront the Stonewall Longhorns (Stonewall, OK) in a non-league outing, on Monday, March 18. Wetumka will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Longhorns go into the outing with a 6-0 record after their 15-14 non-league win over Okmulgee (Okmulgee, OK).
