Louisiana High School Baseball - Parkview Baptist defeats Riverdale
March 15, 2024: Baton Rouge, LA 70816 Parkview Baptist Eagles (Baton Rouge, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Riverdale Rebels (Jefferson, LA), 8-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Parkview Baptist upgrades its record to 13-2 on the season. The Eagles host St. Pius X (Houston, TX) to battle the Panthers in a non-league test on Saturday, March 16. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 9-2. St. Pius X won 8-2 in their recent non-league test against Dutchtown (Geismar, LA)
With the defeat, Riverdale falls to 11-3 on the season. The Rebels host Newman (New Orleans, LA) to battle the Greenies in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 19. The Greenies come into the test with a record of 9-5. Newman lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against Central Catholic (Morgan City, LA)
