March 15, 2024: Vienna, VA 22181 In Friday's non-league contest, the James Madison Warhawks (Vienna, VA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting George C. Marshall Statesmen (Falls Church, VA), by a margin of 20-0.
With the triumph, James Madison moves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Warhawks travel to Riverside (Leesburg, VA) to play the Ram in a non-league contest on Thursday, March 21. The Ram come into the contest with a record of 4-0.
In their next game, the Statesmen play the McLean Highlanders (McLean, VA) in a Liberty contest, on Monday, March 18. George C. Marshall will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Highlanders come into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 10-1 non-league win over South Lakes (Reston, VA).
