March 15, 2025: Metairie, LA 70006 The Ecole Classique Spartans (Metairie, LA) baseball got by the visiting St. Helena College and Career Academy Hawks (Greensburg, LA), 1-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Spartans now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Frederick A. Douglass for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 20. Ecole Classique will clash with a Bobcats team coming off a 17-2 non-league loss to Benjamin Franklin (New Orleans, LA). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-1.
With the defeat, St. Helena College and Career Academy drops to 0-8 on the year. The Hawks travel to Bogalusa (Bogalusa, LA) to clash with the Lumberjacks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 18. The Lumberjacks go into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Bogalusa lost 10-0 in their recent league challenge against Doyle (Livingston, LA)
