California High School Volleyball - Gunn tips Pioneer

March 15, 2025: Palo Alto, CA 94306

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Gunn Titans (Palo Alto, CA) and the visiting Pioneer Mustangs (San Jose, CA), observed Gunn's volleyball team hold off Pioneer by a count of 2-1.

The Titans (9-1) will now prepare for their contest against Los Altos (Los Altos, CA). The Eagles enter the SCVAL - El Camino contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Los Altos was tipped by Gunn (Palo Alto, CA), 2-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Christopher Cougars (Gilroy, CA) in a BVAL - Santa Teresa contest, on Tuesday, March 18. Pioneer will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 6-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Westmont (Campbell, CA).
