California High School Volleyball - King's Academy tips University Prep Academy

March 15, 2025: San Jose, CA 95125

The King's Academy Knights (Sunnyvale, CA) volleyball held off the host University Prep Academy Golden Eagles (San Jose, CA), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Knights now possess a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Palo Alto for a bout on Monday, March 17. King's Academy will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 3-0 league win over Eastside College Prep (East Palo Alto, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, University Prep Academy drops to 5-6 on the campaign. The Golden eagles travel to Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit (San Jose, CA) to clash with the Lions in a PSAL - South bout on Tuesday, March 18. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit lost 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Yerba Buena (San Jose, CA)
