North Carolina High School Lacrosse - West Brunswick drops to Cape Fear Academy
March 15, 2025: Wilmington, NC 28412 In Saturday's non-league test, the Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes (Wilmington, NC) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC), by a count of 10-4.
Next up, the Hurricanes battle the Providence Day Chargers (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 17. Cape Fear Academy will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Chargers enter the test with a 4-3 record after their 7-5 non-league win over Ashley (Wilmington, NC).
The Trojans (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Laney (Wilmington, NC). The Buccaneers enter the Mideastern test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Laney got by Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC), 18-4, in a non-league test.
