The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Dripping Springs Tigers (Dripping Springs, TX) and the visiting East Central Hornets (San Antonio, TX), observed Dripping Springs's softball team get by East Central by a tally of 6-4.

The Tigers (15-5) will now prepare for their bout against Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg, TX). The Billies go into the non-league bout with a 10-8 record. In their last bout, Fredericksburg tipped Lake Travis (Austin, TX), 5-0, in a non-league bout.
