Oregon High School Baseball - Mountain View defeats Churchill
March 16, 2023: Bend, OR 97701 Mountain View Cougars (Bend, OR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Churchill Lancers (Eugene, OR), 8-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Mountain View upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cougars host Crater (Central Point, OR) to battle the Comets in a non-league test on Saturday, March 18. The Comets come into the test with a record of 0-0.
With the defeat, Churchill falls to 0-1 on the season. The Lancers host Sheldon (Eugene, OR) to battle the Irish in a non-league test on Friday, March 17. The Irish come into the test with a record of 0-1. Sheldon lost 9-1 in their recent non-league test against Thurston (Springfield, OR)
