March 16, 2023: Fuquay-Varina, NC Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Capital City HomeSchool Warriors (Mechanicsville, VA) and the host South Wake Sabres (Fuquay-Varina, NC), saw Capital City HomeSchool's basketball squad hold off South Wake by a tally of 57-55.
With the victory, Capital City HomeSchool improves its record to 22-7 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Christian Educational Consortium (Louisville, KY) to confront the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 17. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 30-15. Christian Educational Consortium won 72-65 in their recent non-league challenge against Greater Cabarrus Stallions (Concord, NC)
Next up, the Sabres confront the Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions (Concord, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 17. South Wake will attempt to better on its 24-15 season record. The Stallions come into the contest with a 27-12 record after their 72-65 non-league loss to Christian Educational Consortium (Louisville, KY).
