North Carolina High School Lacrosse - South Mecklenburg drops to Myers Park

In Thursday's league test, the visiting Myers Park Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a good 16-2 victory over the South Mecklenburg Sabres.

The Mustangs now have a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Charlotte Catholic for a test on Wednesday, March 22. Myers Park will face a Cougars squad coming off a 14-4 non-league win over Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 4-0.

In their next game, the Sabres face the Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 18. South Mecklenburg will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Blue Eagles come into the test with a 1-3 record after their 12-5 non-league loss to Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC).
