March 16, 2024: Jefferson City, MO 65109 Marquette Mustangs (Chesterfield, MO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Helias Crusaders (Jefferson City, MO), 9-8 in a non-league test.
With the win, Marquette upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Kickapoo (Springfield, MO) to battle the Chiefs in a non-league test on Thursday, March 21. The Chiefs come into the test with a record of 1-2. Kickapoo won 14-4 in their recent non-league test against Memphis Home Education Association (Memphis, TN)
With the defeat, Helias falls to 0-1 on the season. The Crusaders host Fatima (Westphalia, MO) to battle the Comets in a non-league test on Monday, March 18. The Comets come into the test with a record of 1-1. Fatima won 14-10 in their recent non-league test against Boonville (Boonville, MO)
