March 16, 2024: La Palma, CA 90623 Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Kennedy Fighting Irish (La Palma, CA), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Toreadors clash with the Orange Panthers (Orange, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 16. Taft will attempt to advance on its 10-5 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 0-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Calvary Chapel (Santa Ana, CA).
With the loss, Kennedy drops to 9-10 on the campaign. The Fighting irish travel to La Serna (Whittier, CA) to clash with the Lancers in a non-league match on Saturday, March 16. The Lancers come into the match with a record of 9-9. La Serna won 3-1 in their recent league match against Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA)
