California High School Volleyball - Rio Mesa can't hold off San Juan Hills
March 16, 2024: Oxnard, CA 93036 In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting San Juan Hills Stallions volleyball team scored a tight 1-0 triumph over the Rio Mesa Spartans.
The Stallions (18-3) will now prepare for their battle against Trabuco Hills (Mission Viejo, CA). The Mustangs come into the South Coast battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, Trabuco Hills nudged Aliso Niguel (Aliso Viejo, CA), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Spartans encounter the Santa Ynez Pirates (Santa Ynez, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 16. Rio Mesa will attempt to move on its 16-3 season record. The Pirates come into the battle with a 4-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Laguna Blanca (Santa Barbara, CA).
