March 16, 2024: Aurora, IL 60502 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL) and the visiting Glenbard West Hilltoppers (Glen Ellyn, IL), saw Metea Valley's lacrosse team gain a win over Glenbard West by a margin of 7-5.
The Mustangs (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Wheaton-Warrenville South/Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Wheaton-Warrenville South/Wheaton North edged Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL), 9-5, in a non-league challenge.
The Hilltoppers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL). The Red Devils enter the West Suburban challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Hinsdale Central was nudged by Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL), 9-7, in a non-league challenge.
