Satsuma Gators (Satsuma, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Leroy Bears (Leroy, AL), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Gators now sport a 20-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Paul's Episcopal for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 16. Satsuma will face a Saints squad coming off a 8-1 league win over Citronelle (Citronelle, AL). The Saints record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Leroy falls to 4-7 on the campaign. The Bears host Bayshore Christian (Fairhope, AL) to face the Eagles in a 1A Area 1 challenge on Monday, March 18. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 1-7.
