In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Hamilton County Foxes (McLeansboro, IL) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Murphysboro Red Devils (Murphysboro, IL), by a tally of 12-4.

Next up, the Foxes encounter the Pinckneyville Panthers (Pinckneyville, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 25. Hamilton County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Panthers go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 13-11 non-league loss to Herrin (Herrin, IL).

With the defeat, Murphysboro drops to 0-5 on the year. The Red devils travel to Steeleville (Steeleville, IL) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 26.
