In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Millennium Tigers softball squad scored a close 9-6 triumph over the Higley Knights.

The Tigers (9-5) will now prepare for their match against San Luis (San Luis, AZ). The Sidewinders come into the non-league match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, San Luis was routed by Cibola (Yuma, AZ), 10-1, in a league match.

In their next game, the Knights confront the Hamilton Huskies (Chandler, AZ) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, March 18. Higley will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Huskies come into the match with a 6-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Xavier College Prep (Phoenix, AZ).
