Alabama High School Baseball - Opelika holds off Enterprise
March 17, 2022: Enterprise, AL 36330 Opelika Bulldogs (Opelika, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Enterprise Wildcats (Enterprise, AL), 5-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Opelika upgrades its record to 8-6 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Dadeville (Dadeville, AL) to battle the Tigers in a non-league test on Saturday, March 19. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-7.
With the defeat, Enterprise falls to 8-5 on the season. The Wildcats host Pensacola Catholic (Pensacola, FL) to battle the Crusaders in a non-league test on Thursday, March 17. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 5-2. Pensacola Catholic won 5-2 in their recent non-league test against Pike Liberal Arts (Troy, AL)
