Metairie Park Country Day Cajuns (Metairie, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Fisher Gators (Lafitte, LA), 5-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Metairie Park Country Day upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Cajuns host St. Martin's Episcopal (Metairie, LA) to battle the Saints in a 1A District 9 test on Tuesday, March 22. The Saints come into the test with a record of 2-5.
