Alabama High School Softball - Pell City bounces Leeds
March 17, 2022: Pell City, AL 35125 Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Pell City Panthers (Pell City, AL) and the visiting Leeds Greenwave (Leeds, AL), witnessed Pell City's softball squad tip Leeds by a count of 4-0.
The Panthers now sport a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Springville for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 22. Pell City will face a Tigers squad coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Oxford (Oxford, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 6-2.
With the loss, Leeds moves to 0-5 on the season. The Greenwave host Chelsea (Chelsea, AL) to face the Hornets in a non-league match on Monday, March 21. The Hornets go into the match with a record of 0-4. Chelsea lost 11-4 in their recent non-league match against Hoover (Hoover, AL)
