Willow Glen Rams (San Jose, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Leigh Longhorns (San Jose, CA), 23-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Rams now own a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they host Monta Vista for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 22. Willow Glen will battle a Matadors squad coming off a 11-3 league loss to Gunn (Palo Alto, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 0-7.

With the loss, Leigh falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Mt. Pleasant (San Jose, CA) to battle the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 18.
