North Dakota High School Basketball - Des Lacs-Burlington can't hold off Central Cass
March 17, 2023: Casselton, ND 58012 The Central Cass Squirrels basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting Des Lacs-Burlington Lakers to 57 in the Squirrels non-league victory on Friday.
The Squirrels now sport a 25-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shiloh Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 18. Central Cass will battle a Skyhawks team coming off a 65-61 non-league win over Beulah (Beulah, ND). The Skyhawks record now stands at 20-6.
The Lakers (19-7) will now prepare for their contest against Beulah (Beulah, ND). The Miners come into the non-league contest with a 17-7 record. In their last contest, Beulah was nudged by Shiloh Christian (Bismarck, ND), 65-61, in a non-league contest.
