North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Vance Charter drops to Union Pines

The Vance Charter Knights lacrosse squad (Henderson, NC), was overwhelmed 14-6 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC)

Coming up next, the Vikings meet the Jack Britt Buccaneers (Fayetteville, NC) in a United 8/All American/Sandhills challenge, on Monday, March 20. Union Pines will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Buccaneers enter the challenge with a 0-6 record after their 16-5 league loss to Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC).

The Knights now sport a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Roxboro Community for a Triangle North/Northern Lakes Athletic challenge on Tuesday, March 21. Vance Charter will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 7-5 league win over Voyager (Durham, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.
