Louisiana High School Baseball - Summerfield loses to Castor
March 17, 2025: Castor, LA 71016 Castor Tigers (Castor, LA) followers left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Summerfield Rebels (Summerfield, LA), 16-1 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Castor moves its record to 4-5 on the season. The Tigers travel to Quitman (Quitman, LA) to battle the Wolverines in a B District 1 match on Tuesday, March 18. The Wolverines come into the match with a record of 9-10. Quitman won 9-5 in their recent non-league match against Claiborne Christian (West Monroe, LA)
The Rebels now possess a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Saline for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 18. Summerfield will battle a Bobcats squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Lincoln Prep (Grambling, LA). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-3.
