March 17, 2025: Slidell, LA 70451 In Monday's non-league bout, the Salmen Spartans (Slidell, LA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Varnado Wildcats (Angie, LA), by a tally of 18-3.
Next up, the Spartans encounter the Northshore Panthers (Slidell, LA) in a 5A District 7 bout, on Thursday, March 20. Salmen will attempt to advance on its 4-13 season record. The Panthers come into the outing with a 18-4 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Zachary (Zachary, LA).
The Wildcats (1-8) will now prepare for their outing against Bonnabel (Kenner, LA). The Bruins come into the non-league outing with a 9-8 record. In their last outing, Bonnabel toppled New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy (New Orleans, LA), 20-0, in a non-league outing.
