The Millennium Tigers baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Higley Knights to 5 in the Tigers non-league win on Monday.

The Tigers now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mountain Ridge for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 18. Millennium will clash with a Mountain Lions team coming off a 12-1 non-league win over Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Higley drops to 1-1 on the year. The Knights travel to Desert Vista (Phoenix, AZ) to clash with the Thunder in a non-league test on Thursday, March 20.
