The South Side Hornet baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Mayflower Eagles to 0 in the Hornet non-league win on Tuesday.

The Hornet now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nettleton for a non-league test on Thursday, March 26. South Side will play a Raiders team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Greene County Tech (Paragould, AR). The Raiders record now stands at 1-7.
