March 18, 2022: Bethesda, MD 20817 Spectators at Friday's league battle between the Landon Bears (Bethesda, MD) and the visiting Avalon Black Knights (Wheaton, MD), saw Landon's baseball squad knock off Avalon by a count of 10-0.
Coming up next, the Bears play the Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 22. Landon will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 1-2 record after their 9-2 non-league loss to St. John's (Washington, DC).
The Black Knights now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Riverdale Baptist for a Freelance battle on Tuesday, March 22. Avalon will play a Crusaders squad coming off a 6-2 non-league win over The Heights (Potomac, MD). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-3.
