In Friday's non-league challenge, the Rosamond Roadrunners (Rosamond, CA) baseball squad nipped the visiting Desert Christian Knights (Lancaster, CA), by a margin of 8-7.

With the win, Rosamond betters its record to 2-7 on the season. The Roadrunners host California City (California City, CA) to encounter the Ravens in a High Desert challenge on Tuesday, March 22. The Ravens come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. California City won 21-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Summit Charter Collegiate Academy (Porterville, CA)
