March 18, 2022: Germantown, TN 38139 The Houston Mustangs crushed the visiting Varsity Opponent baseball team by a count of 13-3 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Dyer County for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 19. Houston will face a Choctaws team coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Rossview (Clarksville, TN). The Choctaws record now stands at 2-1.
Next, the face the Sumner Cowboys (Kentwood, LA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 19. Varsity Opponent will attempt to move on its 9-35 season record. The Cowboys enter the bout with a 6-6 record after their 7-5 non-league loss to Holden (Holden, LA).
